Frasers Landing

Frasers Landing's Masterplan has been devised in consultation with community, heritage and conservation groups, leading architects and building specialists to ensure that the very best outcome will be delivered.

Place Making will be achieved by celebrating Frasers Landing's magnificent natural setting on the Serpentine River. The lagoon will be a gathering place, the heart of the community, with plans for a café and restaurant, retail shops and recreation. A new jetty will provide water access at Frasers Landing for canoes and 
small boats, just a few steps from a proposed riverfront cafe.

The masterplan design connects the natural open spaces, village green, hamlet parks and nature reserves via a pedestrian and cycle network built on tree-lined avenues and boulevards, walking tracks and boardwalks. The extensive parklands and a beautiful fresh water lagoon will make Frasers Landing a unique living experience and create a rare residential environment with a strong sense of place and identity.
